We’ve been huge fans of CS Lewis’ “The Chronicles of Narnia” since we were kids! This week we threw a Narnia party with family and friends to celebrate the 62nd publication anniversary of “The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe”. We decided to make an Orange Cardamom Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting shaped like an open book with characters coming alive on the page. In the center are the four Pevensie children stepping out of the Wardrobe. On one side is the Lantern (it lights up!) and Jadis the White Witch, with “icicles” made of sugar. On the other side is Aslan surrounded by Narnia in full spring, with Cair Paravel in the background.
